Privacy

Your information is yours.

The short version: we do not sell your information. Not your practice's, not your patients'. Not to anyone, not for any price, not ever. Below is exactly what we hold, what we do with it, and what we never do — in plain English.

What you give us

Two things. First, your practice details — the answers from your agent build: your services, prices, hours, and booking rules. Second, your patient list: the current and past patients you ask us to reach, with the details you share about them, such as names, phone numbers, and treatment history.

That list only ever contains people who are already your patients or past consults — people who gave your practice their number. We never buy lists, and we never add anyone to yours.

What we do with it

One job, and only that job:

  • Text and call your patients in your practice's name when a treatment comes due, a consult never booked, or a quote went quiet.
  • Book the ones who say yes into your calendar.
  • Send you a summary after every conversation.

Your agent works your list for your practice. That's the whole use.

What we never do

  • We never sell, rent, or trade your information — yours or your patients' — to anyone.
  • We never share it with advertisers, data brokers, or other businesses for their marketing.
  • We never use your patient list to promote DewyDesk or anything else to your patients. Every message your patients get is from your practice, about your practice.
  • We never train AI models on your patient data.
  • We never contact anyone who isn't on the list you gave us.

Your patients' side of it

Every text honors STOP — one reply ends messages permanently. Every call opens with a disclosure that the call may be recorded. A patient who opts out, asks not to be contacted, or tells the agent to stop is never contacted again. Patients are always talking to your practice's agent, in your name — never to a third party working a bought list.

The companies that help us run it

Running DewyDesk takes a few service providers — the calling and texting platform that carries the conversations, the payment processor that handles your subscription, and the hosting that runs the site. They receive only what they need to do their job, they process it under their own security and privacy terms, and none of them may use your information for their own marketing. That's the full list of hands that ever touch it: ours, and theirs, for the work itself.

How long we keep it

While you're a customer, we keep your practice details and patient list so your agent can work. When you cancel, we delete your patient list within 30 days — sooner if you ask. Your build answers go with it. Nothing is kept "just in case," and nothing survives to be sold later — there's no later buyer, because there's never a sale.

Security

Access to your information is limited to the people and systems running your campaigns — nobody else in the company browses it, because nobody else needs it. If a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you what happened and what we did about it.

Your rights

It's your data; ask and you shall receive. You can ask what we hold about your practice, correct anything wrong, or have it deleted entirely — one email does it. The same goes for any patient who asks what you shared about them: point them to us and we'll answer and delete on request.

Talk to us

Privacy questions, deletion requests, anything: email hello@plungerai.com with "DewyDesk privacy" in the subject. A human reads it.
