Results Guarantee
The short version: hit the numbers below in your first 30 days live, or your second month is free. Here is exactly what counts, what you need to qualify, and how to claim it — in plain English.
If your DewyDesk agent doesn’t book at least 5 (Solo), 10 (Growth), or 15 (Pro) past patients onto your calendar during your first 30 days live, your second month is free.
How it works
- “Live” means the day your patient list is imported and your agent starts outreach, not the day you sign up.
- A “booking” is an appointment your agent schedules on your calendar with a past patient. It counts whether or not the patient attends.
- Bookings from patients who are coming due and from lapsed patients both count.
To qualify
- Your list includes at least as many eligible patients as your plan works each month (300 Solo, 600 Growth, 900 Pro), each with a valid mobile number and permission to be contacted by text and phone.
- At least half of the list visited within the past 24 months.
- Your calendar has open appointment slots available during the 30 days, and your team responds to patient hand-offs within one business day.
- Your account remains active and in good standing for the full 30 days.
How to claim
- Email us within 14 days after your first 30 days end. We’ll confirm using your agent’s booking records, and your second month’s charge will be waived.
- The guarantee applies once per practice, to your first 30 days only. Enterprise plans are covered by their own agreement.
