- The list must be your real past patients — people who have actually been to your practice — each with a valid phone number and permission to be contacted by text and phone.
- Your calendar stays connected for the 30 days, with open slots, so the agent can actually book.
- Scripts and lists go out as you approved them. If an approval sits for days, those days still count — the clock doesn't pause.
- A “booking” is an appointment the agent made that lands on your calendar. It counts whether or not the patient shows up.
- The free month is your same plan, with the same minutes. The service continues — the invoice doesn't.
- The guarantee covers your first 30 days live, once per practice.
